Hey all!
First up, a huge welcome to the people who just joined us! We hope that you will stay and continue to be committed to the cause of loving and praying for Raffles Hall.
As you can see, the blog's up and running again (yay)! No more reason to say you didn't know something was coming up...
In case you haven't been around recently, here's an update of what's been happening:
We had our Welcome Tea on 21 August and if you missed it, you missed out on good food and fellowship.
CG (Contact Group)Meetings started last week and subsequently will be held every Thursday at Toni's room. What we usually do is have praise/worship, study the bible and pray for each other. Basically, we want to renew our excitement and enthusiasm for God every time we meet together.
Sunset Prayer has also been going on for some time now, so join us when you can! This is a corporate VCF event so you'll get to see many people from the other hall and faculty ministries. Yesterday, we went for a prayer walk to different parts of campus and were reminded about the importance of reaching our campus for Christ.
Finally, Morning Prayer has not yet really started due to differences in schedules and quite a few people having 8AM classes. However, we hope to get things going soon and perhaps revise the timing...?
If you have any queries about anything, or just want to drop by to talk, don't hesitate to bother either me or Xiao Yun.. that's what we're here for! Don't wait til it's too late! (For our contact nos./room nos., either ask around or come for breakfast :))
